Alex Taylorson 

Sports Therapist, BSc (Hons) MSST



Alex graduated from the University of Chichester with honours.

He is a keen sportsman and a qualified lifeguard, holding an NPLQ lifeguarding qualification. Amongst other activities he enjoys playing rugby. He has played for Bournemouth Rugby Club . He also represented Chichester Rugby Club and played tournaments in the BUSA Rugby 7s and Avon Rugby 7’s tournament.

Since then he has worked with the Spinal Injuries Association at the London Triathlon. He has provided on site treatment at a number of Dorset Triathlons, Poole Dolphin Swimming Club and at Absolute Adrenaline Martial Arts Events.

He believes his first hand knowledge of competitive sports enables him to devise tailor made rehabilitation programs and manage injuries successfully.

Alex enjoys travel and has spent time in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Mexico and Morocco.
