"I now see Alex regularly to keep on top of any injuries before they become a problem."

I first went to see Alex at the end of 2007 while preparing for a fight. I was training 6 days a weeks (sometimes twice a day) to get myself ready for the competition. With all the training I was doing I was having problems with my calves and ankles. I saw Alex a number of times in the run up to the competition. He did lots of work on my calves and ankles to help free them up so I was able to fight at my best. I now see Alex regularly to keep on top of any injuries before they become a problem. Cheers Alex (and Back2Form!)

"Alex has taken me from having a grade 2 calf tear and being on crutches to running a 5k."

A 6 week rehab programme of treatments, exercises, support & advice from Alex has taken me from having a grade 2 calf tear and being on crutches to running a 5k. The rehab programme definitely made a huge difference to me getting back to my training as quickly as possible and hopefully with no ongoing issues!

"I always recommend Alex, so professional, cost effective and most importantly...GREAT RESULTS!!!"

After the 2005 European Championships in Sweden I sustained a groin injury which later in the year of 2006 I had to have an operation on a sports hernia (Gilmore’s Groin). Since then I have been in continuous rehab and only recently have I been getting progress with it.

The injury I had was very frustrating as I could not compete at the level I knew I could perform at. It prevented me from running, changing direction and even getting in and out of the car hurt like hell. Walking had become painful at times too! I met a chiropractor who now is one of my best friends and he has been working on my leg, working on imbalances with my pelvis and feet. He recommended that I also see a quality sports injuries specialist as both treatments were required. He sent me to see Alex.

Alex sat down with me and wanted to know exactly what has been going on. He examined my injury and explained the situation I am in. After explaining the problem he began treatment right away.

At present, I am still rehab-ing as I have been told that this groin injury is a very old one and is going to take time to overcome. However after only seeing Alex for a short period I have improved so much that I am able to run again and have been able to change directions at speed (pain free!).

I have even been entering 60m track events in London, which is something I thought I could never do again. To add to that I’ve just run a PB over the 60m distance at the last event I entered. When people ask me how my leg is and where to go for injury problems I always recommend Alex, so professional, cost effective and most importantly...GREAT RESULTS!!!

Thanks again Alex.

"I was able to get back to my Martial Arts training after only a couple of treatments"

Just a short note to say thankyou for the excellent treatment I've had with Alex at Back2form. I have now gone to Alex for treatment on two separate occasions. With both injuries Alex made an immediate diagnosis, explained my problem to me and set up a treatment plan to get me back to my training quickly and safely.

My first problem was a knee injury, Alex explained why I was getting pain and started me on specific ‘alignment’ and strengthening exercises. Alex also did some deep sports massage to release tight muscles down the outside of my leg. As Alex predicted the problem cleared up pretty rapidly.

Most recently I was training for an upcoming Martial Arts competition and I managed to injury my elbow joint. It was concerning me as I couldn’t fully straighten my elbow! The good news is I can now fully straighten my elbow and I was able to get back to my Martial Arts training after only a couple of treatments. Thanks again Alex.
